By accessing MARCUS you confirm you are an authorized member of a participating institution and agree to follow local PHI handling policies.

Your administrator is responsible for configuring model guardrails, retention windows, and access controls.

Authorized Use

MARCUS is intended for clinical reasoning support, documentation assistance, and education inside your hospital network.

Do not paste PHI into any system outside MARCUS or export transcripts without following institutional policy.

Responses produced by MARCUS must be reviewed by a licensed clinician before acting on them.

The software is provided under your organization’s business associate agreement (BAA) and carries no independent warranty.

Administrators may suspend individual accounts or the entire tenant if policy violations occur.

MARCUS may pause access to maintain security, respond to abuse, or comply with legal requirements.

Reach out to legal@marcus.surgic.ai for contract language, DPAs, or security attestations.

Operational incidents should be escalated through your support channel for 24/7 response.
